Obituary...
Thomas Campbell, 70, of Mitchell, SD, died Wednesday November 18, 2020 at the Good Samaritan Society in Canistota. Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Tuesday, November 24 at First United Methodist Church in Mitchell. Arrangements by Bittner Funeral Chapel.

Thomas James Campbell was born July 16, 1950 in a Tb Sanitarium in North Dakota to John and Patricia (Yeates) Campbell. He moved to Rapid City at a young age and graduated from Rapid City Central High School in 1968. He was employed by Pepsi Cola and Coca Cola Bottling Company until entering the US Navy where he was stationed in San Diego, CA. Tom moved back to Rapid City after his honorable discharge from the Navy. Marlene Lindemann was his caretaker and companion for 30 plus years. Tom was disabled and had recently moved to Mitchell. Tom lived a simple, humble life. He loved his twelve string guitar, his harmonica, cribbage, corny jokes, his Bible and his go-to drink of all time-Dr Pepper! He was well loved and will be missed by us all.

He is survived by his mother, Patricia of Hastings, MN, siblings: Mike Campbell of SD, Lesley Petrovic of Willoughby, OH, Cindy Bittner of Dallas, TX, Kris (Jon) Priester of Hastings, MN, Dr. Theresa (Chris Lippert) Campbell of Mitchell, Kathleen Sailer (Ken Maekawa) of Sacramento, CA, Julie (Ron) Wilhelm of Oak Harbor, WA and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, John and grandparents, Sydney and Mary Yeates and John and Bertha Mae Campbell.
